DOWN PAYMENT / RESERVATION:
The reservation is based on an initial financing confirmation from a Swiss financial institution and an initial down payment of CHF 73,000. PURCHASE AGREEMENT:

PAYMENTS:

NOTARY AND LAND REGISTRY FEES:
