Property in the municipality of Altendorf in the canton of SZ: This property, with cadastral number 281 (KTN 281), covers an area of 1267 m2 and is located entirely in the agricultural zone. According to Article 2 of the Federal Law on Rural Land Law (BGBB), the following criteria apply to this property:
It is located outside the building zone according to Article 15 of the Spatial Planning Law of June 22, 1979.
It is important to note that the owner of this property does not own agricultural land nor does he operate an agricultural business. Due to these factors, the property KTN 281 Altendorf does not fall under the scope of the BGBB.
In the area of building outside the building zone, the spatial planning regulations of the canton are applied. The canton issues the permit and hands over the implementation to the municipality. Buildings and facilities outside the building zones are subject to the guidelines for buildings and facilities as set forth by the Construction Directorate.
