We are looking for a younger individual to support us with immediate effect:

• You prepare property documentation. Your responsibility lies in particular in designing the sales brochures and writing the property descriptions
• You publish property listings on market platforms and maintain the content
• You produce our newsletter and send it to our more than 25’000 clients
• You create advertising campaigns and brochures and organise events
• You answer client enquiries by telephone, by email and in person
• You present the properties online and in person to interested clients
• Managing the mandate portfolio is likewise part of your duties, as is handling reservation payments and fee invoices
• You provide administrative support, assist with the use of IT systems and help implement market development measures
• In addition, you take on general and administrative tasks for the management and the supervision of commercial apprentices

• Basic commercial training
• You have an interest in property and in property marketing
• You are quick on the uptake and work independently and precisely
• A strong flair for organisation and enjoyment in delivering a service
• You have MS Office skills and an interest in IT tools
• Your mother tongue is Swiss German or German and you have a good command of spoken English
• Valid driving licence for motor vehicles (car)
