PURCHASE AGREEMENT: At the time of the public notarisation of the property purchase agreement, the buyer must present an irrevocable payment promise from a Swiss financial institution to secure the purchase price.

PAYMENTS: Deposit upon reservation CHF 62,500. Remaining purchase price payable on the date of transfer of ownership, secured by an irrevocable letter of credit from a Swiss financial institution. 

NOTARY AND LAND REGISTRY FEES: Notary and land registry fees are shared equally between the buyer and seller. The fees for drawing up additional mortgage deeds are borne by the buyer.

PROPERTY GAIN TAX: Any tax payable is borne by the seller and is stipulated in the purchase agreement.
